The kitchen was absolutely amazing, making it a breeze to prepare delicious meals. And oh my goodness, the living room decor was incredibly trendy and stylish! The location of the cottage was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful seafront and the bustling High Street. Parking was convenient, and we loved the cozy little outside yard. The upstairs sitting room was so comfortable, and the view of the sea from one of the windows was breathtaking. As a sea swimmer, it was a dream to be able to grab my keep cup of coffee in the morning and head straight to the beach. The village itself was charming, with a variety of delightful restaurants, pubs, and independent shops. The seafood products from the fish shacks on the seafront were absolutely drool-worthy. There were also incredible walks and plenty of amazing places to visit nearby, like Sutton Hoo, Snape Maltings, and the local cinema. We had the best time and will definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated living room. the location was perfect, with a view of the sea from the upstairs sitting room and easy access to the seafront and main road. the price was surprisingly affordable considering all the amenities provided.
There were some drawbacks. the lack of double glazing meant that we had to keep the heating on constantly to stay warm, which was not ideal.

I got incredible value for my money at Waterfront Cottage. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely sea view from the breakfast table in the upstairs living room. The location was perfect, right between the seafront and the main road, allowing for a peaceful stay with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Kim, were attentive and even called me to let me know the cottage was ready early.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a better variety of options.

The location of this cottage is absolutely fantastic! Just a few steps away from the beach and within close proximity to cafes and shops. It couldn't be more convenient. the cottage itself was exceptionally clean and well equipped, with the best kitchen I've ever encountered in a rental. the little outside yard was a nice touch, and being able to bring my coffee to the beach after a morning swim was truly delightful. the variety of restaurants, pubs, and independent shops in the village was also a major plus.
One minor downside was the lack of a handrail in the bath/shower, which made it slightly tricky for older clients to step in and out.

Loved the kitchen and the deco in the living room. The location of the cottage was unbeatable, with a lovely view of the sea from the breakfast table in the upstairs living room.- Perfect position between the seafront and the main road, so no passing traffic.- Great variety of restaurants, pubs, and independent shops nearby.- Excellent facilities in the cottage, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.- Lovely little outside yard to relax in.
It would have been nice to have a handrail in the bath/shower for added safety. The lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the window design.

The location of the cottage is unbeatable, with the sea front and the High Street just a stone's throw away. You can enjoy a lovely sea view from the upstairs living room, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. the proximity to shops, restaurants, and cafes also adds to the convenience of staying here. the cottage is exceptionally clean and well-equipped, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
The TV was a bit tricky to work, and despite following the instructions repeatedly, we couldn't watch BBC1 news. it's just a minor inconvenience as there are plenty of other things to do and see in the area.

Title: Perfect seaside escape, loved the beachfront location and cozy cottage, owners were great too!
Oh, how I adored keeping the heating on all day due to the lack of double glazing. Such a delightful experience, really.

The location of this waterfront cottage was absolutely excellent. It was situated at the right end of the town, making it convenient to access the shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk. Being so close to home after eating out each evening was a great advantage, eliminating the need for a car. Additionally, the cottage boasted a stunning view of the sea, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquil scenery. The kitchen was well-loved, and the living room had beautiful decorations, adding to the overall ambiance.
It would have been preferable to have a handrail in the bathroom to assist with stepping in or out of the bath. Additionally, there was a slight lack of privacy, as the window in the bathroom did not provide full coverage.
